Everyone deserves a second chance. At our program, we offer men and women a new way of living that includes structure, accountability, relationships, and spiritual growth. We provide a specialized recovery plan tailored to the individual needs of those seeking change. Our program offers the opportunity to work with a Kansas Certified Peer Mentor in a 2-tier program to set and achieve goals. This program is a cornerstone to a new way of living and will maximize success by offering the following opportunities.
The vision of Beginnings is to assist men and women in areas that help build their confidence, character, and spirituality, and to help them become the people they were intended to be. Our goal is not only to change a person's life, but to impact the entire community. We strive to be the change that is needed in the cities of Wichita and El Dorado. |

IS THERE A COST TO THE BEGINNINGS PROGRAM?
Is there a cost to the Beginnings Program?
No, there is no cost to participate.
All expenses are covered through our community partners and those who value and support the Beginnings Program through donations to our 501(c)3 non-profit.

CAN SOMEONE WHO IS NOT YET SOBER PARTICIPATE IN THE BEGINNINGS PROGRAM?
Can someone not yet sober use our services?
Yes! However the individual has to be willing to stop using drugs and alcohol. Our mentor will help find detox or treatment options for individuals that are willing to take that step. After completing treatment we can then sit down and create a recovery plan that is catered to the individual.

Beginnings is for anyone wanting to escape the bondage of addiction. Those coming out of treatment facilities, jail, prison or perhaps someone coming from a suburban home who is wanting to learn how to live a sober life. We offer a variety of resources for people who are new to the recovery community.

If the individual is still utilizing our services and growing in our program there is no set length. Each individual grows at a different pace and we are willing to walk along their efforts for a stronger foundation.
