About Beginnings
Beginnings is Part of the 2nd Chance Family
2nd Chance offers a range of services, from bail bonds and house arrest to our 2nd Chance Living Program that includes industries associated with employment and skill-building for those who have hit rock bottom and are now stepping into their 2nd Chance. At 2nd Chance, you are no longer identified by the worst thing you have done. Instead, you are given a chance to establish a new life by developing a relationship with Jesus Christ and others who share the same goal.
At Beginnings, we believe in a relational approach to recovery. We're not just an organization, we're a community that helps fill the transitional need between incarceration, treatment, and sober living. Whether you're looking for a living environment that promotes accountability, access to detox and treatment facilities, mentorship and discipleship meetings, job opportunities, or more, we're here to assist you in finding the resources you need to make a positive change.
Our program is focused on the person, not just their circumstances. We want to help you establish consistency in your daily routine, build healthy relationships with peers, discover your identity in Christ Jesus, and become a productive member of society. When you join Beginnings, you become part of our family. We'll walk alongside you on your journey and provide mentorship from people who have been through our program, as well as other mentors affiliated with 2nd Chance.
If you're ready to take the first step towards a new beginning, we're here to help. Let's do this together!

Directors - Phillip & Nicole Webb
Phillip Webb's journey with 2nd Chance Living is nothing short of incredible. After struggling with addiction for most of his life - from pills to heroin, meth, and alcohol - he finally surrendered to Jesus Christ on December 4th, 2016, and reached out to 2nd Chance Living for help. And boy, did they deliver.
Phillip dug deep and worked tirelessly to build a foundation for a new life. And it paid off in ways he never could have imagined. His relationships with family were restored, he found work in the recovery field, and he even reunited with a special someone from his past - his now-wife, Nicole Webb.
But that's not all. Against all odds, the Webbs were blessed with a baby boy. And Phillip knew he wanted to give back, to help others struggling with addiction just like he did. And that's how 2nd Chance Beginnings was born.
It started with a small house above Trudgers A.A. in Wichita, but soon grew to include a men's house in El Dorado. Phillip and Nicole wanted to provide a family-like atmosphere for those trying to rebuild their lives. And they've since added two women's houses to the program, all with the same goal - to help anyone wanting to make a change for the better.
Phillip and Nicole's passion for helping others is truly inspiring. They know firsthand the struggle of addiction, and they're dedicated to providing the support and resources needed for a successful recovery. It's not just a job for them - it's a calling. And they're making a real difference in the lives of so many people.

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.
